My how time flies! Cannot believe it is Dec 9th. Where did this year go? Seems like every month goes faster and faster!
So excited for our new work out room! We have had family work out which has been a blast! I forgot how nice it was to go run on the treadmill and not have to go anywhere but across the side walk. It was so nice running outside this summer and fall I couldn't bring myself to run inside but now that it is soooo cold the treadmill is not so bad!!! Anything to get a couple miles in!
Starting to look at races for the spring...research starts now.....

    I do not like the treadmill, but during this winter time it has been my best friend. It is so convenient :-)

    Way to go on keeping those miles going with the treadmill! Never really thought about having one, but it does seem really appealing this time of year.
